Overview
We're looking for a Central Administrator Team Member (CAT) to join our expanding Central Administration Team, supporting our clinics remotely with essential administrative tasks to deliver an outstanding patient experience. This is a full-time, hybrid role (from home with occasional travel to clinics and our Head Office near Bicester (OX25)).
As a vital part of the team, you'll work alongside our Central Bookings and Reception Teams to ensure patients receive prompt, professional, and efficient care.
Responsibilities
* Managing clinic inboxes and patient appointment requests
* Booking and rescheduling appointments, follow-ups, and procedures
* Handling finance-related admin
* Coordinating lab specimen logistics and chasing test results
* Preparing and distributing patient letters, referrals, and reports
* Liaising with clinics, doctors, and external providers to support patient care
Requirements
* Highly organised with great attention to detail and able to prioritise
* A team player with excellent communication skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams)
* Passionate about delivering top-quality patient service
Salary and Benefits
Salary: £24,000 - £25,500 (DOE) | Full-time
Holiday Entitlement: 33 days (25 days + 8 bank holidays) + an extra day off for your birthday
