22 per week - Permanent Role, 7am - 4:30pm, Monday to Friday, 8am - 12pm on a Saturday Rota
Salary
£29,080.48 basic salary per year Pro-Rata

Responsibilities
* Lead by example, hands‑on work and support branch manager and supervisor in day‑to‑day operations
* Responsible for trade counter sales to achieve sales targets and communicate product knowledge to customers
* Provide exceptional customer service and support to new and existing customers
* Pick, load and deliver products to customers via Eurocell’s 3.5 tonne flatbed trucks and LWB vans
* Plan routes, safely drive, and keep company vehicle clean
* Support Branch Manager with actions and activities on time, in full
* Comply with Health & Safety, company policies and procedures
* Ensure excellence in customer service, operational standards and branch sales targets are achieved
* Support delivery of sales targets while developing and maintaining positive customer relationships
* Assist with delivery of branch operations
* Provide support and assistance to branch colleagues as required
* Maintain branch standards, including warehouse and stock management, front‑of‑house cleanliness and point of sale
Qualifications
* Passion and energy to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve business targets
* Hands‑on, customer‑focused approach, confident and happy to serve customers and proactively engage with potential future customers
* Commercial approach to drive sales and maximise margins, while ensuring customers walk away happy
* Good organisational skills, with ability to prioritise and use own initiative
* Confident IT user, with experience of MS Office and industry‑standard software (eg SAP)
* Full and valid driving licence essential, FLT licence distinct advantage
* Previous branch stock‑take experience distinct advantage
* Comfortable working in a small team and on occasions, alone
* Experience in a similar role ideally in a trade / builders merchant / retail, glazing or uPVC environment (distinct advantage)
