Revenue Protection Analyst (6 month FTC)
Location: Chandlers Ford / Hybrid
Salary: £27,976 per annum
Hours: 40 hours per week (Monday - Friday)
Overview
We are seeking a Revenue Protection Analyst to join our Credit Risk team. This 6-month fixed‑term contract involves supporting the recovery of outstanding monies owed to Utilita and investigating revenue threats.
Responsibilities
* Case manage raised enquiries regarding customer meters with abnormal activity alerts.
* Use Utilita and third‑party systems to identify potential fraud.
* Collaborate with third‑party warrant agencies to manage and resolve daily warrant issues.
* Investigate and recover outstanding monetary amounts, liaising with customers, internal departments and third parties.
* Identify and investigate revenue threats both internally and externally.
Qualifications
* Previous experience in a revenue protection process, including handling debt warrants.
* Strong knowledge of revenue protection processes and ability to proactively identify and implement improvements.
* Methodical approach and ability to follow processes to make logical decisions.
* Inquisitive and curious nature with keen eye for detail.
* Strong communication skills.
* Experience liaising with customers and third parties.
