The primary role of theCustomer Service Agent is to provide exceptional customer serviceto both our Ambassadors and Simon Ourian M.D. skincare customers tomaintain excellent relationships to ensure the brand image isprotected at all times to follow strategies to achieve consistencyand create positive outcomes.
Experience in thedirect selling industry is anasset.
Customer Service AgentResponsibilities:
* Assistingwith the daytoday operations in the customer servicedepartment.
* Establish the needs of Ambassadorsand customers focusing on facts avoiding assumptions combining apatient approach with a confident and friendlymanner.
* Responding to customer service issuesin a timely manner via all communication channels (telephone emailWhatsApp Chat Bot).
* Managing Ambassadors andcustomer expectations showing genuine empathy and following upeffectively.
* Meet customer satisfactiongoals.
* Maintaining accurate records anddocumenting all customer serviceactivities.
* Highlight and address recurringenquiries.
* Handle complex and escalatedcustomer serviceissues.
Requirements
CustomerService AgentRequirements:
* Aflexible approach and ability to multitask adapt and problemsolve.
* Knowledge of Zendesk.Preferable.
* Proficient in all MS Officeapplications.
* Digital understanding and techsavvy.
* Outstanding written and verbalcommunication skills.
* Fluent in English andSpanish
* Able to work daytime evenings andweekends on a rotabasis.
