About the role
At Bupa Richmond Villages we support residents in luxury retirement living by delivering person‑centred care. You will assist residents with clinical, social and emotional needs, support personal care, help the nurse or senior care assistant monitor and report changes, and communicate with families, friends and healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities
* Assisting residents with a high standard of clinical, social and emotional care, recognizing and meeting their specific needs.
* Supporting residents with a wide range of differing requirements from companionship to personal care.
* Being part of a team supporting the nurse or senior care assistant in monitoring residents and reporting changes.
* Communicating with residents’ families, friends and other healthcare professionals.
Requirements
Completion of a DBS check (covered by Bupa at £40) is required. No further formal qualifications specified in this listing.
