Our client who are a large FM Firm are looking to recruit for a PPM Optimisation and Planner to work within a large scale Building Services and Facilities Management company in the Solihull area. To provide expert level management of asset and PPM data within the system to ensure industry compliance, efficient operational delivery and alignment with client asset and PPM data
* Asset Data Management – Transform asset data provided by customers into standard asset hierarchy and upload into the system.
* Manage all changes to asset data
* Work with Operational Leads, Technical Compliance Team and Energy Team to continuously improve the quality of asset data and ensure it meets the needs of asset lifecycle reporting to customers
* PPM Schedules – Build and maintain all PPM schedules
* Optimise self delivery schedules to improve operational efficiency and ensure that all subcontract schedules reflect the visit dates agreed with subcontractors
* Alignment with client CAFM systems
* For contracts which parallel run PPM in client systems, undertake monthly reconciliations on PPM schedules and statutory documentation in both systems to ensure they remain aligned.
* Compliance – Work with Technical Compliance team to ensure that changes and updates to SFG20 maintenance regimes and any other legislative or industry changes are reflected
* Work with Energy Team, Technical Operations Centre and Operations to implement PPM schedule changes into support the contracts.
* Previous FM and Maintenance Planning software experience – ie. CAFM (Maximo) or IFS
* Experience of Facilities Management Sector and mobilisation of new contracts
* PPM planning and maintenance scheduling experience
* Compliance and SFG20 experience
* Excellent data entry and data analysis skills
* Excellent team leading experience and customer liaison
* £36,000 - £40,000 p/a basic salary
* Full time and permanent position
* Monday - Friday
