Working for one of the UK's leading private health care providers of rehabilitation services to Patients and Service Users within mental health, Learning Disability, Neuropsychological and Residential Services, the Cygnet Group are looking for an experienced administrator to join their expanding referrals and assessment team.
As referrals administration assistant you will be joining a hardworking and dedicated team in delivering the best possible services for our clients.
Main responsibilities include:
* The booking of referrals to our rehabilitation services, liaising with the NHS and other private providers to arrange Patient & Service User assessments for our in-house Assessment Team.
* Diary Management
* Typing of Patient & Service User assessments from audio files within allotted but achievable timeframes.
* The creation of Patient and Service User funding documentation, which is issued to external organisations, GDPR complaint.
* The creation and management of spreadsheets and in-house database systems to ensure all information is correct and up to date and GDPR compliant.
Key Skills
* Administration experience essential
* Attention to detail
* Expertise must include information governance and confidentiality.
* Audio typing skills preferred, but not essential.
* Excellent communication skills – both written and spoken.
* Organisation skills with the ability to prioritise and manage workloads effectively.
* Highly motivated, enthusiastic and flexible approach to work.
* Be a team player, but equally confident working on your own initiative.
* Intermediate IT skills in Word and Outlook are highly desirable.
