* Be a brand ambassador: Bring Camm & Hoopers food-forward creativity to life in every pitch, tasting, and touchpoint.
* Collaborate across the group: Work with central marketing, ops, and creative teams to ensure a seamless guest journey from enquiry to event day.
* Own the pipeline: Keep CRM (HubSpot or Salesforce) spotless and ensure accurate forecasting and performance reporting.
* Innovate and activate: Contribute to menu development, tasting events, pop-ups, and industry activations that position us ahead of the curve.

* Proven ability to grow revenue and hit (or smash) targets.
* Strong commercial instincts and confidence building full event P&Ls.
* An authentic love for food, drink, and the guest experience - down to the last canapé.
* PowerPoint (or Keynote) wizardry, with an eye for visual storytelling and confident client presentation.
* Experience across premium, luxury, or lifestyle hospitality sectors a big bonus.
* CRM native (HubSpot, Salesforce etc), and comfortable with reporting dashboards and performance tracking.
* Highly self-motivated with a proactive, roll-your-sleeves-up attitude.
