Disability Assessor – Nurses, Occupational Therapists, Pharmacists, Physiotherapists and Paramedics
Homebased and Office Based
Salary: £39,500 + performance bonuses + annual pay review
Hybrid working (50/50 split between office and remote)

We are currently recruiting for Disability Assessors who would like a role that involves working from home and in the office with no weekends, bank holidays, or long shifts. We foster a supportive and inclusive environment where you can thrive and make a difference.
Following a 2-day induction at Head Office you will start a 5-week comprehensive home-based training program, followed by an engaging hybrid working model that provides exceptional support along your journey.
Annual salary reviews
~ No more weekends - Mon-Fri, office working hours
~33 days holiday including bank holidays
~ Speaking with people claiming the PIP and/or WCA benefit over the phone or face to face, as part of a consultation session. Working with a variety of different people presenting with a range of complex conditions including physical, mental health, cognitive, and sensory impairments.
Conducting a thorough functional medical assessment of their disability or condition.
Registered Adult Nurses (Adult, Mental Health, Learning Disability, General)
Occupational Therapists (Adult-focused)
Paramedics (Adult-focused)
Physiotherapists (Adult-focused)
Pharmacists (Adult-focused)
Experience: Minimum of 1-year post-registration recent experience in a relevant adult setting
Must have at least 1 year of active registration with NMC or HCPC.
Skills: Strong communication, effective assessment skills, proficient at typing/report-writing, and excellent IT skills are essential
