Based in Slade Green (Dartford area), our client is a fast-paced sales and marketing company representing nationally recognised brands. Due to continued expansion, they are looking to grow their sales team with ambitious individuals who are serious about building a long-term career in sales and customer acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:
Work within face-to-face sales campaigns, including residential environments, representing clients professionally and confidently
Develop and implement effective sales approaches to increase brand awareness and revenue
Build strong customer relationships and deliver professional, engaging interactions
Demonstrate strong product knowledge and confidently answer customer questions
Identify opportunities for brand growth and customer acquisition
Work towards individual and team performance targets
What They Are Looking For:
Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills
Aged 18 or over
Eligible to work full-time in the UK
Full-time equivalent availability (45 full days per week, Monday to Saturday)
Must be able to commute to the Slade Green (Dartford) office each working day
Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team environment
A driven, target-focused mindset with a strong work ethic
No experience required; however, experience in sales, marketing, retail, hospitality, customer service, receptionist, call centre or other face-to-face roles is advantageous
This role is not suitable for candidates currently in school, college or university, or for international students, due to the full-time availability requirement.

No experience is required, as full training and development programmes are provided from day one. This opportunity operates on a self-employed, sub-contracted basis, with earnings based on commission. With access to ongoing support and mentoring from experienced professionals, youll have the tools needed to succeed in this face-to-face field sales role.
This role is based in Slade Green, and successful candidates must be willing and able to commute to this location each working day.
