1. Leading the development of customer propositions aligned to strategic priorities
2. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to shape and deliver proposition plans
3. Analysing customer insights and market trends to inform proposition strategy
4. Managing proposition performance and identifying opportunities for optimisation
5. Supporting go-to-market planning and execution for new propositions
6. Engaging stakeholders across the business to ensure alignment and buy-in
7. Championing the customer voice throughout proposition development
8. Monitoring competitor activity and adapting propositions to maintain relevance
QualificationsWho we're looking for:
9. Experience in proposition development or product management
10. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data
11. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
12. A customer-first mindset with a passion for delivering value
13. Commercial awareness and strategic thinking
14. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively
15. Collaborative working style and team-oriented approach
16. Confidence in presenting ideas and influencing decision-making
