How You Will Make An Impact: Support and analyze policy administration systems tied to life insurance, annuity, and related insurance operations. Investigate system issues, reproduce problems, perform root cause analysis, and recommend solutions. Connect business requirements to system functionality, workflows, data flows, and policy admin processes. Partner with developers, QA, product owners, business users, and vendors to resolve issues and support enhancements. Document system behavior, process flows, issue findings, and functional changes. Support product changes, functional testing, production support, and operational readiness. Help improve system support processes and reduce recurring issues. Are you an experienced insurance systems analyst ready to make an impact? 6–10 years of experience as a Systems Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, or Production Support Analyst. Strong insurance domain experience required; life insurance, annuities, or long-term care preferred. Experience working with policy administration systems or backend insurance admin platforms. Ability to understand system workflows, transactions, integrations, and business processes. Experience with production support, issue triage, defect analysis, and root cause analysis. Ability to translate business needs into system-focused requirements and support documentation. Strong communication skills with the ability to work across business and technical teams. Bachelor’s degree in computer information systems, technology, or a related field preferred. dice
