Job Description
The Cyber Fusion Governance, Risk & Compliance Lead will drive operational excellence and efficiency within the Cyber Fusion Centre, ensuring governance, compliance and risk management meet regulatory requirements and best practices. The role reports directly to the Senior Director of Cyber Fusion Governance, Risk & Compliance.
Key Responsibilities
* Establish and maintain governance frameworks to ensure adherence to regulatory, security and organisational compliance standards.
* Develop and monitor compliance metrics, reporting mechanisms and audit readiness processes to support enterprise security objectives.
* Identify and implement process improvements that enhance operational efficiency while ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements.
* Partner with cross‑functional teams to embed risk‑management practices into operational workflows.
* Represent the CFC services & processes to client auditors and regulators.
Qualifications
* Proven ability to represent organisational compliance with regulatory frameworks during client and regulatory audits.
* CISSP, CISM or similar cyber‑related qualifications.
* Technical skills:
o Familiarity with cybersecurity tools and concepts (SIEM, threat‑intelligence platforms, incident‑response workflows).
o Proficiency in data‑analysis tools (Tableau, Excel, Power‑BI).
o Experience with SharePoint, Confluence, Microsoft Teams, OneNote, ServiceNow, Jira.
o PowerShell, Python scripting for automation and reporting.
o Awareness of AI/ML applications in cybersecurity operations.
* Operational skills:
o Experience driving operational efficiency and process improvement across operations, with finance management to support projects and growth.
o Experience with technical writing, process documentation and training procedures.
o Familiarity with common cybersecurity and data‑protection frameworks such as NIST CSF, ISO/IEC 27001, SOC 2, GDPR, HIPAA and CIS Controls.
o Experience supporting or representing teams during audit engagements and compliance assessments.
* Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with experience in governance, compliance and risk management within cybersecurity or related domains.
