TWX is proud to be partnering with a long-standing and respected client in the search for an experienced Retail Development Coach. We’ve worked closely with this company for years and can confidently say they offer a fantastic environment to grow, learn, and make a meaningful impact in the retail space.
The Role:
As a Retail Development Coach, you’ll lead the rollout of an Operational Excellence Program across a network of stores in South London and the Southeast. Your focus will be on improving:
* Customer service
* Brand standards
* Store compliance
* Food safety
You’ll coach store teams to deliver a consistent, superior customer experience.
What We’re Looking For:
1. Proven background in FMCG (preferably within the convenience retail sector)
2. Experience managing multiple store locations
3. Strong coaching and influencing skills
4. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
5. Competency with Microsoft Office applications
6. A full, clean driving licence
7. Level 3 Food Safety Certification (advantageous but not essential)
