Location: Bristol - Hybrid working model and remote-first culture (2 days per week in Bristol office)

About the Role:
Reporting directly to the CFO and supported by the Group Procurement Director, you'll:
* Lead all sourcing and procurement activity across IT and Indirects
* Build strong stakeholder relationships across our business
* Deliver cost-saving initiatives
* Shape procurement strategies, plans, and tools
* Manage sourcing for high-impact areas like IT/software and marketing
* Drive continuous improvement through innovation, automation, and tooling
What You'll Bring:
You're a sourcing/procurement professional with:
* Proven experience owning sourcing strategies end-to-end - across IT and Indirects
* Strong commercial and negotiation skills
* Experience in IT software and services procurement
* Confidence with legal documents (you know when to loop in Legal)
* A growth mindset, critical thinking, and a collaborative spirit
* Bonus if you're working toward CIPS or have a legal/business qualification
