Our client are a well established company with a significant property portfolio, they are currently seeking an experienced and qualified accountant with strong commercial experience with multiple properties
1. Lead budgeting and forecasting for Property, Facilities, and Fleet
2. Monitor capital expenditure against approved budgets
3. Analyse P&L spend including utilities, rent, rates, and maintenance
4. Review and challenge costs to ensure value for money
5. Evaluate lease renewals, exits, and dilapidations
6. Track property disposals and associated costs/revenues
7. Manage onerous lease provisions and tax filings
8. Support strategic property decisions with financial analysis
9. Track KPIs and financial performance metrics
10. Collaborate with Data & Analytics on management information
11. Provide regular updates on action plans and variances
12. Partner with teams on cost analysis and decision support
Ideally you will be a qualified accountant with proven experience within property, experience of IFRS 16 and strong modelling ability
