The Role and Responsibilities
Working across a wide variety of makes and models, your daily tasks will include:
* Maintenance: Servicing and repairing a diverse range of vehicles to high standards.
* Diagnostics: Identifying mechanical and electrical faults and carrying out efficient repairs.
* MOT Prep: General mechanical work and preparing vehicles for MOT testing.
* Quality Control: Ensuring all work is completed safely, accurately, and right the first time.
* Collaboration: Working closely with the workshop team to maintain a smooth and productive workflow.
The Ideal Candidate
* Qualifications: Qualified Vehicle Technician (NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 preferred).
* Experience: Previous workshop experience is highly advantageous.
* Skills: Strong mechanical knowledge with a logical approach to diagnostic fault-finding.
* Mindset: A reliable, hardworking professional with a genuine team-player attitude.
* Attributes: Good timekeeping and a commitment to maintaining high workshop standards.
* License: A full UK Driving Licence is preferred.
