We are looking for an enthusiastic, hard-working Admin to work within the Hounslow Community Health - Children's Services Team based at Heart of Hounslow. This is an exciting and challenging role where you would have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the patient experience of children, young people, and their families.
As an ideal candidate, you should be organized, able to prioritize work, and maintain accuracy and attention to detail. Strong communication skills are valuable for this role. While previous NHS experience is not essential, understanding patient confidentiality is important, and training will be provided until you are settled into your new role.

Working Hours
Please note, you will be expected to work Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.
Role Responsibilities
* Provide high-quality administrative support to the department, including typing, reception duties, customer service, maintaining databases, booking appointments/meetings, filing, organizing, and booking meeting rooms, ordering supplies, unpacking and packing medical equipment, and general administrative support.
* Create referrals, validate data, manage appointments, distribute clinic letters and reports, discharge patients, book meeting rooms and hospitality, and order department supplies.
* Type and format letters, reports, policies, minutes, presentations, statistics, and correspondence using Microsoft Office and other software including System One.
* Support meetings by preparing agendas, taking, transcribing, and distributing minutes, and following up on action points.
* Assist with projects managed within the service and provide cross-cover support within the administrative team, including deputizing for the Team Lead temporarily.
* Train, advise, and support new or less experienced team members on administrative duties.
* Maintain departmental databases accurately and assist with data collation as needed.
* Provide excellent customer care, ensuring timely and relevant advice and assistance to service users.
