About Our Client

Job Description
3. Processing P45's, P46's and all statutory payments
4. Pension Auto Enrolment (NEST)
5. Calculation, payment and reconciliation of payroll taxes and Attachment of Earnings.
6. Liaise with HMRC and third parties regarding payroll deductions.
7. Maintain payroll processing system and records by gathering, calculating, and inputting data.
8. Dealing with Employee starters & leavers administration.
9. Responsibility for payroll control accounts Net, pensions and HMRC.
10. Validate, process and reconcile employees' expenses.
11. Support in processing purchase ledger invoices and supplier payments.
12. Sales Invoice processing and specific account control (cash accounts)
13. Bank Payment processing, payment tracking and a bank reconciliation
14. Intercompany account document processing and control
15. Annual P11D collation
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate should have:
16. Working knowledge of end-to-end payroll
17. Experience of Sage 50 Accounts (Sage Payroll would be an advantage)
18. Good general breadth of Bookkeeping experience
19. Reasonable Excel knowledge and skills
