We are partnering with a Private Equity backed highly acquisitive group to appoint a Head of Finance for a
£20 million revenue
business based in
Newcastle
.

The Opportunity
As Head of Finance you will take full ownership of the day to day finance function for a £20 million turnover operation within a dynamic and expanding group.
You will act as a true commercial partner to the operational leadership team while ensuring robust financial control reporting and performance visibility.

An existing Head of Finance
A Divisional Finance Director
A strong Finance Business Partner or Commercial Finance Manager ready to step up into a leadership role
Sector Experience Essential
We are particularly interested in candidates from Facilities Management environments including
Hard FM or M&E highly desirable
Soft FM also considered
Experience in contract led operationally complex margin sensitive environments will be highly advantageous.
Key Responsibilities
Full ownership of monthly management accounts and reporting
Business partnering with operational leadership
Budgeting forecasting and cashflow management
Driving margin improvement and commercial insight
Ensuring financial controls and governance standards
Supporting integration of acquisitions where required
Leading and developing the finance team
What We Are Looking For
Fully qualified accountant ACA ACCA or CIMA
Strong commercial acumen
Experience in FM or contract driven businesses
Ability to operate in a Private Equity backed fast paced environment
Confident stakeholder manager with leadership capability
