The Role
Provide analytical driven insight to support decision makers and understand the P&L impact of those decisions. You will work with stakeholders to manage data and model strategic initiatives to lead the long-term growth of the business. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys solving difficult problems and can partner with senior management. You will work in London, with at least 3 days a week to be worked from the office.
Reporting to the F&S Senior Manager, you will be responsible for:
1. Business Partnering with a variety of stakeholders up to and including VP daily
2. Play an important role in the Annual Planning/budgeting process for a strategic department within Deliveroo
3. Track against the annual plan identifying any risk and opportunities to the plan
4. Support the stakeholders within the function by working with them through the development of and tracking of new projects (e.g. new business cases)
5. Manage monthly P&L reporting and commentary into monthly business reviews
6. Understand and influence the underlying performance drivers to help guide the top and bottom line.
7. Provide proactive, insightful, high-quality analysis and expertise to support decision-making in the context of the wider business.
8. Translate actions and initiatives into targets and long-range plans for the business
Requirements:
9. Experience influencing senior stakeholders
10. Experience in an analytical, strategic or commercial role (investment banking and/or consulting experience)
11. Qualified Accountant (CIMA / ACCA / ACA) or MBA
12. Advanced GSheet/Excel skills
13. Complex financial modelling experience
14. Can demonstrate achievements and confidence with numbers
15. Experience working in a dynamic high-growth company
