Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor x 2 (Reactive & Voids / MOD Works) – £50,000 - £75,000 - Colchester – Main Contractor - Permanent

We’re looking for two Quantity Surveyors to join their team in the Colchester area. You will spend most of your time office based but with regular visits to sites across the southern region - keeping close to the projects you’re shaping. The work is largely reactive maintenance and void refurbishments, so experience in that space is essential. If you’ve previously worked on MOD frameworks or have existing security clearance (DBS and SC), that’s a real bonus.
