Rewarded. What you’ll do: Maintain and improve prestigious outdoor areas through mowing, edging, trimming, and general horticultural care. Keep pathways, driveways, and communal spaces clean, safe, and weed-free. Assist with landscaping and improvement projects using your practical skills. Follow health, safety, and hazard prevention procedures to protect yourself and the team. Ensure outdoor areas meet industry cleanliness and maintenance standards. What you bring (essential skills & experience): Previous experience in grounds maintenance, gardening, or landscaping is required. Knowledge of plant care, horticultural techniques, and use of relevant tools and equipment. Ability to work efficiently, manage time, and adapt to changing priorities. Strong communication skills and a team-oriented approach. Understanding of health and safety requirements for outdoor maintenance.
