Job Title: People Advisor

Job Type: Full time/permanent - Hybrid
Hours of work: Monday to Friday 09:00 - 17:00
Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Duties include:
Provide day-to-day HR advice and support to employees and managers on employee relations, performance management, policies and procedures.
Coordinate recruitment activities including job postings, candidate screening, interviews and onboarding.
Support learning and development initiatives, including induction programs, internal training and career development conversations.
Maintain HR systems and accurate employee records; produce routine people metrics and reports to inform decision-making.
Contribute to culture and engagement activities, recognition programs, and initiatives that promote diversity, equity and inclusion.
Assist with change management activities, workforce planning and internal communications during organisational changes.
Ensure compliance with employment legislation and company policies while maintaining confidentiality and professional integrity.Skills/Experience required:
Min 3-5 years' experience in a similar role
Strong knowledge of UK employment law and Best Practice
A collaborative mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional candidate experiences
Able to build relationships to influence and advise at all levels
Able to work with a high level of confidentiality and professionalism
Ideally CIPD Level 3 / 5 Qualified
