A highly regarded regional law firm is looking to recruit a talented Corporate Lawyer (4 years' PQE) to join its growing team in Southampton. This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside experienced lawyers on high-quality corporate matters in a collaborative and supportive environment.
The Opportunity
As part of a respected Corporate team, you will handle a broad range of corporate work, including:
* Mergers and acquisitions (M&A)
* Corporate governance and compliance
* Shareholder agreements and joint ventures
* Corporate restructuring and reorganisations
* Due diligence and post-transaction support
You will work with a varied client base, including private companies, entrepreneurs, and some larger corporate clients, providing you with the opportunity to develop your technical expertise and commercial acumen.
The Ideal Candidate
* Qualified Solicitor with 4 years' PQE in corporate law
* Experience in M&A, corporate governance, and commercial contracts
* Strong technical knowledge and drafting skills
* Client-focused with the ability to manage relationships effectively
* Excellent communicator, with a proactive approach to business development
