Responsibilities
* Supervising daily hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, and food & beverage departments.
* Ensure all guest services are delivered to the highest standards, fostering a welcoming and professional atmosphere.
* Support staff training and oversee team performance to promote excellent customer service.
* Handle guest enquiries, complaints, and special requests efficiently and courteously.
* Monitor financial transactions, billing procedures, and inventory management to optimise operational efficiency.
* Assist in organising promotional events and marketing initiatives to enhance hotel visibility.
* Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and hotel policies at all times.
* Support the implementation of new procedures or systems aimed at improving overall service quality.
Skills
* Proven supervisory experience within the hospitality industry; previous hotel experience is highly desirable.
* Strong leadership abilities with the capacity to motivate and guide diverse teams.
* Excellent service skills with a focus on delivering memorable experiences.
* Good organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously under pressure.
* Knowledge of human resources practices related to staffing, training, and employee engagement.
* Demonstrated ability to handle guest complaints professionally and diplomatically.
