Experience:
* Strong delivery and transformation capability, with experience independently leading defined Agile workstreams, product increments, or initiatives within broader transformation programmes or large‑scale technology projects
* A solid understanding of enterprise technologies (e.g. ERP, CRM, data platforms, cloud solutions) and how they support iterative delivery, product development, and business transformation
* Hands‑on experience working in Agile delivery environments (e.g. Scrum, Kanban, SAFe), with a good appreciation of product‑led approaches and value‑driven delivery
* Effective stakeholder management skills, with experience working with senior stakeholders and exposure to C‑level environments, supporting the shaping of product vision, priorities, and delivery outcomes
* Demonstrates strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to balance structured thinking, a product mindset, and hands‑on delivery execution
* Relevant certifications (e.g. Agile, Scrum Master, SAFe, PMP, PRINCE2, MSP) are advantageous, alongside practical experience applying delivery frameworks in‑project
* Contributes to a culture of sustainability and social responsibility at Moorhouse, demonstrating awareness of ethical standards and integrating responsible practices into day‑to‑day delivery and client engagements
Essential Skills:
* 4‑6 years’ consulting experience, whether from a large consulting firm, boutique consultancy, or experience gained delivering or leading Agile technology programmes/products within industry
* Experience working in Agile teams, including backlog management, sprint planning, and delivering incremental value to stakeholders
* Experience supporting and developing bids, proposals, and propositions, particularly with an Agile or product‑led delivery lens
* A passion for building and nurturing strong relationships, both with clients and colleagues, fostering collaboration within cross‑functional Agile teams
* Experience of effectively managing and collaborating with senior client stakeholders, including Product Owners, Sponsors, and senior business leaders
* A keen interest in playing a supporting role within the Service Line team, shaping the development of compelling Agile propositions and integrating with Sector teams
* Cross‑sector experience is valuable, though candidates with deep experience in a specific sector will also be considered
