Commercial Finance Administrator
Are you organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about supporting sales operations? Corroventa is looking for a Part-time (flexible) Commercial Finance Administrator to join their dynamic UK team! This part-time position is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently while being part of a collaborative and friendly workplace.
What Youll Do
Manage invoicing of sales and rental orders using our ERP system.
Reconcile monthly rental transactions with the sales team.
Follow up on unpaid invoices and maintain accurate customer records.
Monitor inventory levels, generate reports, and place internal orders from HQ.
Prepare import/export documentation and coordinate customs compliance.
Process supplier invoices and support payment routines.
Coordinate with our external accounting firm on payroll and monthly reporting.
Ensure smooth flow of financial documentation and support internal controls.
Requirements
Proven experience in administrative and financial coordination.
Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of tasks.
Strong communication skills and a proactive mindset.
Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office.
