Role Overview

Spirax Sarco is seeking a commercially-aware and customer-focussed Technical Applications Engineer, acting as the technical bridge between customer needs and our engineering solutions. Your role is to interpret customer requirements, deliver accurate and commercially sound proposals, and provide expert support that drives satisfaction and business growth.

Your Objectives And Responsibilities Will Focus On...


* Developing technically and commercially accurate proposals across our full product range.
* Managing customer enquiries efficiently, ensuring timely and high-quality responses.
* Using CRM systems and software tools in line with company procedures.
* Collaborating with internal teams, suppliers, and customers to deliver tailored solutions.
* Mentoring and supporting colleagues, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement.
* Promoting and uphold the organisation's strategic principles.
* Taking ownership of your personal development through internal learning platforms.
* Supporting health, safety, and wellbeing initiatives, including on-site visits where required.

Your Previous Experience Is Likely To Include….

* Working within technical engineering support.
* Exposure to steam and industrial fluid systems (preferred).
* Experience in customer-facing roles, either in person or over the phone.
* A solid understanding of commercial and contractual considerations in technical environments.
