1st / 2nd Line Support Engineer Location: High Wycombe Salary: £28,000 – £30,000 Full Benefits This is a great opportunity for you, a customer-focused 1st / 2nd Line Support Engineer to join a thriving organisation based in High Wycombe. This role is office-based Monday to Friday, working with a great team. The Role of 1st / 2nd Line Support Engineer You’ll be the first point of contact for users, providing friendly and effective technical support across business systems (EPOS – nice to have, not essential). Key responsibilities include: * Providing 1st and 2nd line remote support * Handling inbound calls and support queries * Diagnosing and resolving issues, escalating where required * Supporting new users with system setup, walkthroughs and remote training What We’re Looking For as a 1st / 2nd Line Support Engineer * Experience in 1st / 2nd line IT support * Excellent communication and customer service skills * Confident working with non-technical users * Someone who goes the extra mile Nice to have: EPOS or retail experience, but not essential.
