About The Role

The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner at Skechers plays a pivotal role in attracting top talent to the organization. This full time position based at our Head Office in St Albans United Kingdom involves developing and executing strategic recruitment initiatives to build a high quality candidate pool. The successful candidate collaborates closely with HR Business Partners hiring managers and external stakeholders to understand staffing needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions. By leveraging social media networking and innovative sourcing techniques the partner positions Skechers as an employer of choice and ensures a seamless hiring process from planning to onboarding. This role offers an exciting opportunity to influence the company’s growth trajectory by securing the best talent in the retail and footwear sectors.


Qualifications

* Proven experience in recruitment and talent attraction management, preferably within retail or consumer goods industries.
* Demonstrable success in sourcing assessing and hiring candidates who have contributed to business growth.
* Extensive knowledge of recruitment channels including social media platforms and their effective utilization.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends and develop innovative solutions.
* Excellent communication skills capable of influencing and engaging stakeholders at all levels.
* Flexible adaptable and capable of managing shifting priorities in a fast paced environment.
* Self motivated with a collaborative approach and confidence to provide constructive feedback.
* Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently and meet deadlines.
* High attention to detail to uphold the professionalism and reputation of the Skechers brand.
* Knowledge of the retail industry and a passion for researching market trends.
* Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant technology tools to enhance recruitment processes.
* Experience in a retail environment is advantageous but not essential.


Responsibilities

* Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
* Collaborate with HR Business Partners and hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and define role specifications.
* Utilize social media networking and innovative sourcing techniques to identify and engage potential candidates.
* Manage the end to end recruitment process including screening interviewing and selection ensuring a positive candidate experience.
* Leverage data analytics to monitor recruitment trends identify areas for improvement and develop actionable solutions.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with external recruitment agencies industry contacts and community networks.
* Promote Skechers as an employer of choice through branding initiatives and social media campaigns.
* Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and company policies throughout the recruitment process.
* Coordinate onboarding activities to ensure a smooth transition for new hires into the organization.
* Maintain accurate up to date recruitment records and reports for management review.
* Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to continuously improve talent acquisition strategies.
