Our client is a brand and creative agency. This role sits at the centre of operations, delivery and team coordination, ensuring the business runs efficiently while supporting sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Managing project and client contracting processes including MSAs, SOWs and related documentation
• Overseeing the company’s project management and reporting systems to ensure accurate forecasting and visibility across projects
• Collaborating with project teams to track timelines, priorities and delivery milestones
• Supporting leadership with research, reporting and preparation for executive meetings
• Managing relationships with key external partners, including IT and operational suppliers
• Supporting recruitment, resourcing and overall team coordination
• Leading onboarding and offboarding processes for employees and freelancers
• Acting as a trusted operational link between the team and senior leadership
• Supporting internal processes that improve collaboration, clarity and operational efficiency
• Helping maintain sustainability initiatives and certification requirements
