Key Details: Salary: Competitve Full time, Permanent Hybrid Key Responsibilities: Provide expert advice and guidance to managers and employees on employee relations matters, including performance, conduct, and grievance issues. Support the investigation and resolution of workplace conflicts, disciplinary actions, and complaints in line with company policy and employment legislation. Develop and implement employee relations strategies to promote a positive and productive workplace culture. Analyse trends in employee relations cases and recommend proactive solutions to mitigate risks. Collaborate with HR colleagues and management to ensure consistent application of policies and procedures. Prepare clear and concise reports, documentation, and correspondence relating to employee relations cases. Deliver training and workshops to managers and employees on employment law, company policies, and best practices. Keep abreast of employment legislation, case law, and industry trends to ensure compliance and advise on policy updates. Essential: Minimum of 2 years' experience in employee relations, HR advisory, or a related role, with knowledge of employment law and best practice. Proven ability to handle disciplinary, grievance, and performance management cases, including investigations and report preparation. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to advise and influence managers and employees effectively. Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion, analyse trends, and recommend practical solutions. Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
