Job Description Typical Day-to-Day Tasks Fixing leaks and replacing taps and fittings. Installing or relocating pipework during resort upgrades. Checking water temperatures and pressure levels for safety compliance. (legionella) Assisting other trades (e.g. electricians, carpenters) with cross-discipline maintenance jobs. Interacting with resort guests when responding to in-room issues, ensuring professional and friendly communication Key Responsibilities Carry out plumbing repairs and installations across all areas of the resort, including guest accommodation, team areas, leisure facilities, restaurants, and public spaces. Diagnose and resolve issues with heating systems, hot/cold water supplies, drainage, and sanitation systems. Conduct routine maintenance checks and preventative inspections to minimise disruption. Respond promptly to reported faults, prioritising urgent issues to ensure guest safety and comfort. Assist in small refurbishment and renovation projects as required. Maintain accurate records of work completed, parts used, and follow-up actions. Work closely with the wider Maintenance Team and report to the Site Services Manager Personal Attributes Polite, approachable, and guest-focused – confident interacting with guests in a professional and respectful manner.
