Job Description Purpose To maintain facilities, buildings and utilities across all facilities and departments including building fabrics, plumbing, roofing, interiors and minor ground / civil works. Responsibilities Act in accordance with the behaviours for UTAC staff at all times Carry out maintenance & renovation as required. Planned preventative maintenance to buildings and structures. Reactive maintenance & repair of buildings & services. Risk assessments & method statements The builder is expected to work some overtime to complete essential intrusive maintenance to buildings and facilities. Adhere to Health & Safety regulations
