A little bit more about the job itself We are searching for an experienced Account Executive, with a high work capacity and a strong network in the UK, who is looking to supercharge their career in a rapidly growing scale-up. The position will primarily focus on driving business opportunities and managing customer relationships within the enterprise market in the UK. The Account Executive will combine in-depth business and operations knowledge, customer intuition, and strong analytical thinking to deliver strategies and solutions that drive incremental business revenues and optimal client experiences of boost.ai's solution. Your daily tasks will be varied and you will work with a team consisting of dynamic colleagues, who share a common mindset; to deliver a world-class product in a nascent and ever-evolving sector. The ideal candidate will have talent in sales and experience within the SaaS industry, preferably within the contact center sphere. The ideal candidate also has experience from working in or with consultancy firms, and holds deep knowledge of how to incentivize our partners and build strong long-term relationships. We expect you to be a reliable professional, able to achieve a balance between customer orientation and a results-driven approach. The goal is to find opportunities, in many cases in collaboration with our partners, and turn them into long-term profitable client relationships based on trust and mutual satisfaction. Key tasks Business Development: Own and drive the sales process. Identify and qualify new opportunities leveraging your own creativity, inbound lead flow, personal prospecting efforts, contacts, existing accounts and partners. Also, lead the tendering and bid processes. Market Insights: Stay current with industry trends, market demands, and regulatory changes affecting our target markets. Leverage this knowledge to position boost.ai as a leader in the Conversational AI space. Sales Presentations: Lead presentations, demonstrations, and business cases to explain and prove in-depth what boost.ai's platform can do and how to successfully deploy it. Expertly lead C-level executive sales meetings. Partner Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, providing support to them with their sales processes, when required. Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with our sales, marketing, product and customer success teams to deliver outstanding results. In addition, collaborate with assigned resources from BID management, presales, and partners managers. Thought Leadership: Evangelise the boost.ai's vision and complete value proposition through customer meetings, product demonstrations, in-market events and account specific initiatives; as well as have a strong presence in social media. When gaining traction in the UK market, scale up the sales operations and sales support to ensure growth YoY. Skills, qualifications, end experience A proven track record within technical B2B sales with at least 5 years experience. Good knowledge and overview of the UK market. A strong network in the UK. Preferably towards enterprise organizations within Financial Services, Health & Public Sector, Retail & E-Commerce and/or Technology. Experience within Contact Centers and chat as a channel. Experience with working for or with consultancy houses and an understanding of how those organizations define success. A decent technical understanding is a requirement of the role to ensure you are competent enough to answer the most frequent questions related to security, hosting options, privacy and other technical and business impact assessments. Excellent oral and verbal communication skills in English with experience in delivering presentations and product demos. Highly skilled relationship manager, able to demonstrate negotiation and organizational skills, with a proven track record of experience in managing complex selling processes and managing various customer and partner stakeholder relationships. Strong analytical skills. Educated to college or university degree level would be an advantage but is not a prerequisite for the role.
