Shield is looking for a highly capable and delivery-driven Senior Program Manager to lead complex, multi-stream enterprise implementations for global financial institutions.
This is not a project coordination role - it is a senior delivery leadership position. A Shield Program Manager owns full program governance across customer, Shield, and external partners. They guide customers from pre-contract activities (including POCs) through go-live and transition to production, ensuring structured execution across multiple parallel workstreams.

Requirements:
Required Experience
4–7 years of experience managing enterprise-level programs in multi-disciplinary, cross-functional environments.
Proven experience leading complex SaaS implementation programs end-to-end.
Experience managing programs that include external partners or system integrators.
Experience working with large enterprise organizations, ideally within financial services or other regulated industries.
Strong executive stakeholder management experience.
Experience managing technical SaaS deployments across multiple teams and time zones.
Preferred
Experience in compliance, surveillance, fintech, or regulated SaaS environments.
Experience working in global enterprise delivery models.
Familiarity with Jira and structured program governance frameworks.
