Our projects range in value from £5k to £15m, taking the role of Principal Contractor and Principal Designer on various schemes, and supporting our valued Tier 1 contractor clients in a subcontractor and off-site manufacturing capacity.
We are currently recruiting for a Project Manager to work on our MEICA Dŵr Cymru Welsh Water Projects, based out of the DDWC office in Newport, working alongside our Framework Manager. Hybrid working model 3 days in the office, 2 days at home.
5hrs per week, Monday to Friday.
* Management of staff and subcontractors working on assigned projects
* Creation and management of the appropriate Project Documentation
* Control project expenditure
* Close liaison and management of the Client and other stakeholders as appropriate
* Work within a monthly project reporting structure
* Effectively manage the O&M outputs of the projects and to programme deadlines.
Project management experience
* Good knowledge of techniques for planning, monitoring and controlling programmes
* Experience or knowledge of planning software packages such as Microsoft Project / P6
* SMSTS and/or IOSH Managing Safely
* Full UK driving license
