We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Aluminium Production Operative to join our busy manufacturing team. Working within our state-of-the-art facility, you’ll play a key role in the fabrication and assembly of our aluminium products.
Key Responsibilities
* Operate machinery
* Follow technical drawings and production schedules accurately
* Ensure all products meet quality standards and specifications
* Maintain a clean and safe working environment
* Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet daily targets
* Report any faults or issues with equipment or materials promptly
* Assist with loading/unloading and packaging of finished products
Skills & Experience
* Previous experience in aluminium fabrication or a similar production role preferred but not necessary
* Good attention to detail and commitment to quality
* Physically fit and able to handle manual tasks
* Strong work ethic and team player attitude
* Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes
