Academy Education Lead (Maternity Cover)

You’ll be hard-working and adaptable, thriving both independently and as part of an interdisciplinary team, collaborating closely with Player Care and our interdisciplinary team to create a joined-up, holistic approach to every player’s development — on and off the pitch.
You’ll be open-minded and innovative, using your experience to drive progress and help us become a world-leading football academy. Above all, you’ll believe that true development goes beyond football — empowering every individual to discover who they are and reach their full potential on and off the pitch.
The successful candidate will need to hold the following qualifications and experience:
* BEd, BA, or BSc degree or equivalent
* QTS Teaching Qualification
* Background in BTEC delivery (Desirable)
* Background in SEP delivery (Desirable)
* Experience of working in a sporting environment (Desirable)
* Valid & up-to-date Safeguarding certificate & DBS
