Solo Placement Children's Home Registered Manager
Location: Leeds, West Yorkshire
Full Time: 40 Hours per week, Monday - Friday
Competitive Salary: £50,000 - £70,000 per annum, with On-Target Earnings of up to £80,000

About the role:
* Lead and support staff induction, training, performance management, shift management, record keeping, budgeting, and supervision
* Ensure care plans, risk assessments, and anti-bullying plans are current and reviewed
* Work with the management team to achieve and maintain an OFSTED rating of good or outstanding
Minimum requirements for a Registered Manager:
* At least 2 years of management or supervisory experience in residential care for children
* Previous experience as a deputy manager in a relevant setting
* Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare
* Willingness to obtain a Level 5 Diploma within 2 years if not already held
* Full UK driving licence
* Proven ability to support children, including those with challenging behaviour
* Flexible working approach, including shift coverage
* Passionate, professional, adaptable, and committed to delivering excellent outcomes
