We're now looking for a Warehouse First Line Manager to lead our operations and drive success.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
* To coordinate and provide support and information on the running of a safe and efficient operation, working within clear guidelines to help achieve the operational standards and defined outcomes for your responsibility area during shift in individual approach
* To support shop floor team to deliver their results following the standards
* Individual Management
THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO
* Previous experience in a warehouse environment
* All Licenses and trainings operating on that site or area (i.e. LSHC requirements, sector or dangerous goods, etc)
* Good balance of Results and respect approach
* Ability to drive Standards within the direct team
