About the Role
At Cambian Group, you’re not just working – you’re shaping futures. As a Senior Support Worker based in the West Midlands, every moment you spend with young people (ages 8–18) helps them feel safe, valued, and supported. Small interactions, such as asking “How was your day?” or sharing a laugh, build trust and shape lives. Some days will be challenging, but each breakthrough, smile, and step forward reminds you why this work truly matters.
