£20-£28 per hour + 7am till 4pm + Overtime (up to 1.5x) + Early Finish Fridays (7am till 12pm)+ Progression + Training

In this role, you will be responsible for setting up machinery, operating manual grinding equipment, interpreting technical drawings, carrying out precision measurements, and working to extremely tight tolerances. You will also benefit from in-house training, upskilling opportunities, a clear progression pathway, and access to overtime.
This role would suit a Manual Grinder or similar with experience in a comparable role, who is looking to take the next step in their career within a well-established and growing precision engineering company.
The Role:
Interpret technical drawings
Carry out precision measurement..
Grind materials to very tight tolerances.
Set up and operate manual grinding machinery.
7am till 4pm Monday to Thursday and 7am till 12pm Friday.
Overtime up to 1.5x

Manual Grinder or similar.
Based locally to Atherstone or surrounding areas.
