Salary:£30,554 per annum
Sleep-In Allowance:£78.30 per sleep-in (up to 8 per month, adding £7,516 annually)
About the Role
We are looking for dedicated and experienced Team Leaders to join a childrens residential care team. This role involves supporting children and young people who have experienced adverse childhood experiences and may have additional needs such as Autism, Social, Emotional & Behavioural Difficulties (SEBD), or other complex challenges.
As a Team Leader, you will assist in managing the day-to-day operations of the home, ensuring smooth shift transitions, delegating tasks to support workers, and maintaining high standards of care. Youll help children build relationships, engage in community activities, and develop essential life skills. Youll also be responsible for safeguarding, overseeing routines, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.
