Business analyst

Salary: £? - ? per year Requirements: 2-5 years experience as a Business Analyst Proven track record in process improvement and digital transformation projects Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills Experience working in healthcare, medical, or another regulated environment is highly desirable Familiarity with tools such as Visio, Jira, Confluence, or similar Understanding of Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills Responsibilities: Engage with clinical, operational, and technical stakeholders to gather and document business requirements Analyse current processes and identify opportunities for efficiency and optimisation Support the delivery of digital transformation projects, including system upgrades and new platform implementations Produce high-quality documentation including BRDs, process maps, user stories, and functional specs Facilitate workshops and act as the liaison between business units and technical teams Contribute to testing and implementation phases, including UAT Ensure compliance with regulatory and data governance standards Technologies: Confluence Support JIRA Mobile More: We are working with a forward-thinking healthcare provider based in Canterbury to appoint a mid-level Business Analyst on a temp-to-perm basis.
