Job Description
The key responsibilities of this role include but are not limited to:
3. Managing a high volume of ER cases across the business
4. Advice, support, and administration across full range of HR activities.
5. Advice to managers, when required, over all staff issues and employee relations.
6. Recommend improvements to systems and procedures to improve efficiency.
7. Oversees and assist the process of adverse actions, grievances, disciplinary hearings, redundancy consultations and other employee matters.
8. Assists with pay and benefits reviews and implementation.
9. Managing personal, sensitive, and confidential information in a professional manner.
10. Handle administration process and ensure associated payroll processes
11. Ensure all procedures and paperwork are correct, in relation to business processes.
12. Direct managers and employees in accurately interpreting applicable policies and procedures to ensure effective delivery of policies.
13. Manage leavers and exit processes
14. Project work on policy and procedure
The Successful Applicant
You should apply for this role:
15. If you have CIPD 5 + (desirable)
16. Over 2 years experience with ER Cases
17. High communications skills
18. Ability to deal with sensitive subjects in a professional sympathetic manner
19. Look over policy and procedure and help improve the processes
20. Ability to deal with a high volume desk
21. Able to work in the office 5 days a week
