Kitchen at Holmes is an all-day 2 AA Rosette restaurant, neighbourhood bar, and destination for lovers of good food.
An exclusive events venue within Holmes Hotel London, The Residence offers a truly unique and inspiring space to hold meetings, events and special occasions for up to 130 guests.

We are looking for our Restaurant and Bar Manager, who will:
Oversee all aspects of food and beverage operations, including menu development, team member recruitment and training, inventory management, cost control, and ensuring high standards of service and quality.
Inspire, coach, and mentor F&B team members and the F&B Leadership team
Preserve excellent levels of internal and external customer service
Work with the Food and Beverage Manager to ensure compliance in all safety-related matters
be able to work a flexible work schedule to include weekends, mornings, mid and late evenings
Respond to guests' complaints professionally.

Have previous experience working as Restaurant and Bar Manager in the 5-star hotel environment
