Due to ongoing expansion and internal projects, we are seeking an experienced Interim Financial Controllerto provide hands-on support a pivotal time.
The Interim Financial Controller will report to the Chief Financial Officer and take full ownership of key finance deliverables, supporting both business-as-usual activities and strategic projects. The role requires a self-starter who can work independently, take initiative on tasks currently outside the
bandwidth of the existing team, and bring structure to complex or incomplete processes.
Key Responsibilities
* Take on a list of tasks required to bring legacy and reconciliations matters up to date and clear backlogs
* Bring about several process improvements for the finance team
* Support implementation and optimisation of finance systems and tools
* Lead or support finance-related workstreams within broader business transformation projects
* Review existing processes and controls, identify inefficiencies, and implement best-practice improvements
* Support development of SOPs/documentation where lacking
* Manage ad-hoc tasks and provide coverage where needed across the finance team
Experience and Skills
* Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
* Previous experience in a similar interim or project-based finance role
* Strong technical accounting skills and hands-on financial control experience

* Track record of delivering improvements and driving change in a fast-paced environment
* Proficient with finance systems and advanced Excel

Sunspel are now looking for an exceptional Marketing Director, to work with us on a 12 month fixed term maternity cover contract.
The Marketing Director will curate and lead the brand strategy and positioning, customer insight CRM and all communications. This role will be a key driver in unlocking the unlimited potential of the brand heritage and presenting Sunspel as a modern luxury menswear brand to new and existing customers globally.
This role requires an individual with a strong vision and well developed digital, analytical and leadership skills to articulate what Sunspel stands for across all customer touchpoints. Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the incumbent will naturally have a creative / commercial brain and be responsible for all channels of the business from a brand and marketing perspective, domestically and internationally as Sunspel continues to grow.
