Job Description
As a Customer Service Administrator, you will:
* Be the first point of contact for customer enquiries, keeping clients updated on order progress.
* Accurately process orders, set up new accounts, and liaise with accounts on credit matters.
* Work closely with suppliers, logistics, and 3PL partners to manage deliveries and returns.
* Handle customer calls in line with our service standards, ensuring timely follow-up.
* Maintain accurate electronic records and documentation.
* Provide flexible support to cover team workload, holidays, or urgent requests.
* Attend product training sessions to build knowledge of our solutions.
Qualifications
What we’re looking for…
* Previous experience in a customer service role.
* Strong understanding of office practices and experience with call handling.
* Confident with IT systems and data entry.
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
* Calm, approachable, and adaptable when handling challenges.
